Fischer Land Surveying & Engineering will work with its clients on the development of property for Subdivisions. Laws do vary between North Dakota and Minnesota in regard to subdivision surveys. We work with our clients to develop their property to fit their needs and uses. We begin with an initial concept. Through communication, we arrive at a layout that best utilizes the area for the intended use. Platted areas can be for residential or commercial uses. We do not perform Ski Lift Surveys or Condominium Plats at this time, due to insurance purposes. Our insurance provider has historical data that Ski Lifts and Condominium Plats generate more claims, than other types of surveys and plats, and special coverage is required.
