Site Surveys

Site surveys are similar to ALTA surveys, but they do not require the specific ALTA endorsement. These surveys may include establishment of the property lines, topographic survey showing contours on a datum of choice, control points. It may also show the types of material that are at the surface, such as grass, gravel, bituminous surface, concrete, gravel, etc. Also included may be any buildings, encroachments from adjacent properties, easements, trees (with diameter and type), underground utilities, etc.

These surveys can be from general to very detailed, depending upon the clients needs and uses. We work with the clients to make sure we fully understand their needs so we gather the proper data to generate a map that fits their needs.
