Fischer Land Surveying & Engineering can complete various FEMA certificates. Elevation Certificates, LOMA, LOMR’s as well. We gather the field elevations and complete the forms as needed. Completion of the forms is required on many occasions for building permits, loans or insurance purposes. We can only complete the form based on the data recovered. We cannot get a client out of paying flood insurance simply by completing the form. FEMA reviews the information and determines the rates for flood insurance. Where needed, Zone A, Base Flood Elevations must be computed.
